Great Day!!!

I have been uplifted, inspired, and rested today. I have been inspired to start blogging again from some wonderful women I went to lunch with today. All of them I have recently met here in Colorado, but included me in their fun time. There invitation came at a time I really needed some other women and friends. They all have multiple children (anywhere from 3-5 children) and very busy lives, but still find the time to write in a blog. Along with this small break for just me I had a chance to run a few errands by myself which made me feel rested. Just a little time to myself gave me a chance to just think. Lastly, I got to go out on a date with my husband to an adult session of stake conference and for those who have no idea what I am talking about, a conference that is spiritually uplifting and helps me think about things I can do in my life to become a better wife, mother, and person. One thing they talked about is self mastery and how we do have control of this area in our life but it is up to us to do it. As we have patience in this life and work towards becoming better and closer to our Savior we will have a greater eternal reward. This is nothing new, I have heard this many times, but it came at the right time and day. I am inspired, uplifted, rested and eternally blessed.
